1 On average, there are 14 different fungal species that live in between your toes.
2 Acne is a very common skin problem faced by 40 to 50 million Americans that in 2004 alone, they spent $2.2 billion for its treatment.
3 The skin on your palms and soles of your feet does not have hair follicles. It also has a term for it and that’s glaborous.
4 Did you know that your skin sheds around 30,000 cells per minute? Thus, globally it comprises a billion tons of dust in the environment.
5 Your hair is part of your skin, and it is normal to shed around 50 to 100 hairs each day.
6 Each person, regardless of race and color, has the same number of melanocytes. These are skin cells that give our skin some color. But, color does not depend on the number of melanocytes, but on their activity.
7 Originally, humans were dark skinned; but because of migration to the northern latitude where the sun’s rays are weak, people adapted by becoming fair skinned since the advantages of dark skin outweigh the need for bone strengthening vitamin D.

As a matter of fact, at the Baja Beach Club in Barcelona, clients can get a debit card implanted through an RFID so they can party all night until money in their card is depleted.
